How do I buy the listed gem stones?
We at Aurex Gems list some of the finest gemstones sold by reliable dealers from around the world. If you would like to buy these gemstones, you can order them online from the payment portal on the website and complete the payment. After which we will share the contact details of the seller and you can verify the gemstone physically. After verification, you can pick up the gem stone from the seller and issue a delivery confirmation to us and we will process the payment to the seller.
Can I request for the gemstone to be shipped?
We at Aurex Gems specialise in connecting buyers and sellers from around the world and we strongly insist on you taking delivery of the gemstone after physically inspecting it. This way you can be sure of the quality of the gemstone. We do not take responsibility to ship the product as that is enitrely upto the seller.
What is the procedure to pick up the gemstone?
After successful verification of the gemstone, we will need a signed delivery confirmation from you to confirm that you have verified the stone physically and are ready to take posession of the stone. Once we receive the signed delivery confirmation we will process the payment to the seller.

How Do I Track My Order?
After processing your payment on the website, we will share the location of the seller and enable you to meet the seller at the appointed time and place. There you can physically verify your ordered gemstone.
How do I place an Order?

If you would like to buy these gemstones, you can order them online from the payment portal on the website and complete the payment. After which we will share the contact details of the seller and you can verify the gemstone physically. After verification, you can pick up the gem stone from the seller and issue a delivery confirmation to us and we will process the payment to the seller.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you choose to cancel your order, you can email us at Aurexgems@gmail.com and we will assist you in cancelling your order. You can choose to cancel the order before or after physically inspecting the stone. However you cannot cancel the order after issuing a delivery confirmation to us. If you are canceling your order we can issue you a refund within 7-14 working days.
How can I return a gemstone?
We at Aurex Gems connect buyers and sellers. If you would like to return a gemstone you have purchased from one of our sellers, we can assist you by reaching out to the seller and requesting a return. The approval of the return request is entirely upto the seller. Aurex Gems does not take any responsibility for the return of the sold gemstones. We can however assist you by listing your gemstone on the site to help you find buyers.
